Donna joined RBS in May 2025, bringing extensive experience across fisheries, agribusiness and regional finance. She has worked with the Department of Fisheries in licensing, held roles in finance and grain marketing with AWB/Landmark, and spent several years as an Agribusiness Finance Manager with ANZ, supporting farming families across the Eyre Peninsula. This background gives her a strong foundation in both primary production and the financial realities that shape rural businesses.
Growing up on her family’s cropping and livestock farm at Wanilla/Wangary on the Lower Eyre Peninsula, she has a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities and pressures that come with farming life. Her decades of working alongside farmers and fishers have strengthened her ability to support clients to make informed decisions about their future and develop clear goals for the success of their business.
She values the opportunity to support RBS clients through periods of uncertainty, drawing on her lived experience to approach each conversation with empathy and clarity. Outside of work, she enjoys the freedom of country life, spending time with her family and grandchildren, caravanning and socialising with friends, staying active and remaining involved with her local netball and football club.
