Caroline joined the team in late 2019 and has played a key leadership role as Coordinator within the Rural Financial Counselling team. She brings broad, hands-on experience in agriculture, having grown up on a family farm and remaining actively involved in a family-owned mixed cropping and livestock enterprise in the Mid North of South Australia.
With an extensive background in agricultural consultancy, transition planning and training, Caroline has previously worked as an agronomist and facilitator in agricultural and business studies. She is currently Co-Director of a national agricultural training organisation, bringing both practical and strategic insight to her work with farming businesses and to the team she supports at RBS.
Caroline is deeply committed to her clients, working alongside them with professionalism, clarity and genuine care. She believes the rural sector is the lifeblood of Australia and is passionate about helping farmers strengthen their business finances, navigate change and remain profitable for the long term.
She is a Board Director of the South Australian Financial Counsellors Association SA/NT and volunteers with several community groups, including the SA Ambulance Service, reflecting her strong commitment to regional communities both professionally and personally.
