Brooke Cousins

Brooke joined the team in 2019 and has provided varied support to both clients and RBS operations. She has worked directly in Relief Centres during emergency and recovery periods, giving her valuable insight into the immediate pressures clients face and the practical assistance they need. Brooke also brings strong experience in communications and event management, coordinating awards nights and conferences that connect industry, community and stakeholders.

In her role, Brooke supports both client assistance and organisational communications, helping keep clients, stakeholders and communities informed during times of uncertainty. She is passionate about ensuring information is clear, accessible and timely for people under pressure, drawing on her understanding of the challenges faced in rural communities. With training in Mental Health First Aid and extensive experience supporting Farm Household Allowance and RIC loan applications, she focuses on building trusted relationships and empowering clients as their confidence grows. Brooke has been recognised within RBS for her compassionate, community-minded contribution to client support and recovery efforts.

Born and raised in the Mid North, Brooke remains actively involved in her local netball club managing social media and contributing as both a player and National C Grade Badge umpire. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and travelling. Alongside her role at RBS, she also supports small business Just Dollars and Sense as a Social Media and Administration Coordinator.
