Kate joined RBS in September 2020 as a Rural Financial Counsellor for the Northern Territory, bringing extensive experience across rural services, agribusiness, sales, business finance, and operational management. With a strong background in agriculture and rural business, she has developed key skills in relationship‑building, financial analysis and supporting producers through complex business challenges. Her practical understanding of rural industries, shaped through years of working closely with primary producers, enables her to deliver clear, grounded, and empathetic support.
Kate resides in the Darwin rural area with her family and values the culture, community spirit, and lifestyle of the Top End. This lived connection enhances her insight into the financial, environmental, and seasonal realities faced by Northern Territory producers.
Passionate about contributing to resilient and successful rural enterprises, Kate is committed to helping clients build confidence, navigate change and work toward a secure future. Her dedication was recognised with the 2023 SA/NT Financial Counselling Association Fields of Change Award for her work in the Northern Territory.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys time with her family and the strong relationships formed through community involvement. She looks forward to continuing to support Northern Territory producers and contributing to the long-term sustainability of their businesses.
