Cath joined the team in 2024 as a Programs Support Officer, with previous experience supporting the delivery of programs within a financial counselling service across both metropolitan and regional South Australia. Her role focuses on supporting effective program delivery while keeping client and community needs at the centre of the work.
Cath also brings more than 15 years’ experience as a small business owner, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges and decisions faced by small business operators. This experience informs the grounded, client-focused approach she brings to supporting teams, stakeholders and funding partners across RBS programs.
Known for her collaborative style, Cath works closely with colleagues and partners to achieve shared outcomes. She brings a background in counselling and coaching, alongside practical experience supporting program coordination and improvement. Passionate about empowering others, Cath has spent much of her career working compassionately with South Australian community organisations. Her qualifications include a Diploma of Counselling and Coaching, studies in project management and management marketing, and completed small business financial counselling units, supported by training in trauma-informed practice and mental health first aid.
Outside of work, Cath enjoys spending time at her family property on the Yorke Peninsula, ocean swimming and singing, staying connected to regional life and community.
