From positions as a farm hand to senior management, Tim has 40 years of experience in the Australian & NZ Agribusiness sectors. Based in Darwin, Tim joined the RBS team in 2022 to work as a Small Business Financial Counsellor, proving support to our clients in the NT.
Tim believes business is the backbone of Australia’s economic and social wellbeing. He is passionate about helping small business owners who put their heart, mind, and soul into providing products and services for their communities.
As a small business owner, financial counsellor and professional CEO, Tim brings a listening ear and a wealth of experience to help small business owners navigate everyday problems. Tim has a deep understanding of the infrastructure and systems small business owners need to not only survive, but to recover and build resilience following financial difficulties.
Tim actively and intentionally listens to his clients, particularly those marginalised by mainstream society which aligns with RBS’s core values.
When Tim isn’t at work, he continues to contribute to the wider community through the Nightcliff Uniting Church, the NT Business Council and enjoys spending his time with the Darwin Cycling Club.
