Sue-Ellen joined Rural Business Support in 2022 after previously working for nine years mining-related roles, including exploration, construction, environmental, and community liaison.
Growing up on a farm on the Fleurieu with sheep, cropping, and cattle, Sue-Ellen comes to LIS team with a unique understanding of both farming and mining, allowing her to communicate effectively with farmers, landowners, and stakeholders regarding mining and exploration activity.
Sue-Ellen has also held a range of roles in horticulture and as a construction welder. Over the course of her career, she has enjoyed hearing the stories of the people she has interacted with, gaining a deep understanding of their experiences and perspectives.
On the weekends you’ll find Sue-Ellen on her five acre property, running a small mob of sheep and growing her own produce with her kelpie x red heeler Milo and her horse Charlie.
