Lachie has a broad farming background, including managing his own family farm in the South East of South Australia. He also worked for a number of years as an agricultural management consultant, coaching family businesses to improve their businesses. This included business coaching, strategic reviews and planning, farm finance reviews and successful planning.
Lachie has a specialised interest in dairy businesses and has been a key facilitator for our Dairy Farm Business Strategic Review.
