Claudia Goldsmith joined the RBS Board in October 2017. Claudia is a qualified Accountant and has a career based on a mix of non-executive director board positions and management consultancy focussing on financial management, governance reviews, and risk identification and management.
As a non-executive director, Claudia has specialised in supporting the Not for Profit sector and has held roles with Intellectual Disability Accommodation Association, Goolwa and District Bendigo Community Bank, and Surf LifeSaving SA.
In addition to her RBS role, Claudia is currently a board member of SA Health’s Riverland Mallee Coorong LHN and an independent audit committee member for three regional councils as well as the Eastern Health Authority and the Northern Adelaide Waste Management Authority.
A prior involvement in a family farm on the Southern Fleurieu has provided Claudia with an appreciation of the challenges and opportunities experienced by many clients of the RBS; their need to be continually responsive to changes in the business environment, and their need to be financially literate for the purposes of long term sustainability, resilience and protection of their investment.
