Cath joined Rural Business Support in 2024 as a Programs Support Officer, bringing extensive experience in coordinating and supporting the delivery of both metropolitan and regional programs within a financial counselling service.

Her professional background also includes over 15 years of running her own small business, which has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small business owners.

Known for her collaborative approach, Cath thrives on working closely with teams and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve shared goals. She is passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals and has dedicated much of her career to working compassionately with South Australian community organisations.

Outside of work, Cath enjoys spending time at her family property on the Yorke Peninsula. She has a passion for ocean swimming and enjoys singing.
