Brett is an outstanding Agribusiness executive with a proven history of delivering strategic outcomes in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Since Brett joined RBS in 2015, his focus on stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, people management and client satisfaction have been significant contributors to Rural Business Support’s program expansion, providing essential support to businesses, families and communities in rural and regional South Australia and Northern Territory.
Brett genuinely cares about supporting rural business families when they need it most. His commitment to working towards an agile, profitable, sustainable, and resilient rural business sector is written in his DNA and demonstrated through his ability to not only deliver but exceed strategic objectives in management positions as evidenced with RBS, Penrice, Elders, and Incitec Pivot. This coupled with more than 15 years’ experience working on-farm with primary producers focussing on improved agronomic principles and productivity across all industry sectors has refined Brett’s focus on building community, working compassionately, and influencing with credibility.
A graduate of the Australian Company of Directors, Brett serves as the Chair of Board South Australian Rugby Union, the Board of AusVeg SA and the Agricultural Bureau of South Australia (ex officio).
